| 2 | Domestic free television programme service licensees are required under their licences to submit annual reports on compliance with their proposals regarding programmes of independent local productions and local productions respectively. |
| 3 | HKTVE and i-CABLE HOY are required under their licences to submit annual reports on compliance with their proposals regarding high definition television programmes. |
| 4 | Sound Broadcasting service licensees are required under Condition 28.1 of the licence to submit annual reports on compliance with the requirements to provide five categories of positive programmes, i.e. current affairs (including programmes to positively promote national education, national identity and National Security Law), children, young persons, senior citizens and arts and culture. |
