This press release summarises the decision of the Communications Authority (CA) made in September 2026 on a broadcast complaint.
The CA considered a complaint case about the television programme “Mother Knows Best, Doctor Knows The Facts” (醫啲阿媽都唔知) broadcast on the TVB Plus Channel of Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB)1 on 9 March 2026. The CA decided that TVB should be strongly advised to observe the relevant provision of the Generic Code of Practice on Television Programme Standards more closely.
