This press release summarises the decision of the Communications Authority (CA) following its 119th meeting held in August 2022.
Broadcast Complaint
The CA considered a complaint case about the radio programme “On a Clear Day” (在晴朗的一天出發) broadcast on 16 June 2020, on the CR 2 Channel of Hong Kong Commercial Broadcasting Company Limited (CRHK). The CA decided that CRHK should be warned to observe more closely the relevant provisions of the Radio Code of Practice on Programme Standards. Details of the case are at Appendix.
